GlobeKooker

Your Chef. Your Journey.

Where can you truly enjoy kosher cuisine while traveling? From that simple question, GlobeKooker was born.

In hotels or Airbnbs, finding refined kosher dining can be difficult—or even impossible. With GlobeKooker, that constraint disappears.

The Chef

I’m Yohann Emsellem, a kosher private chef for discerning travelers. My mission is to let you explore without compromise, enjoying sophisticated kosher cuisine tailored to your preferences. My repertoire spans French and European classics, Asian inspirations (Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese), and both North and South Indian flavors. I speak French, English, Hebrew, and Spanish.

Daytime Accompaniment

Language barriers can hold you back. I can accompany you and help you discover each city through a new lens. You remain fully free — this is an optional service you can activate as needed.

Important: I am not a tour guide or a travel agent. My accompaniment is culinary in nature — a reassuring presence throughout.
